Booking & Appointment Policies

Appointments
All services at Magic Hands Massage Therapy LLC are provided by appointment only. Scheduling in advance ensures that each client receives dedicated time, personalized attention, and the highest quality of care during their session.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and to discuss any areas of concern. Arriving late may shorten your session in order to respect the next client’s scheduled appointment time.

First-Time Clients
New clients are encouraged to complete all intake forms prior to their appointment to ensure the session can begin on time. For optimal results, a 90-minute session is recommended for first-time visits, allowing enough time for consultation and a thorough therapeutic treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows the time to be offered to another client in need of care.

Health & Safety
Massage therapy is provided to support relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have any medical concerns that may affect your session, please notify your therapist prior to your appointment.
